Thunai: Transforming Website Experience into Enterprise Product Clarity

Payan redesigned Thunai’s website to clarify its AI product ecosystem, strengthen trust signals, and guide users from awareness to conversion. The result: a structured, scalable, enterprise-ready website experience that communicates value within seconds.

The Challenge

After a successful logo rebrand, Thunai returned to Payan Design with a bigger ask, to redesign their website. Thunai’s product offerings were robust and technically capable, but the website found itself unable to reflect that strength and versatility.

The existing experience suffered from multiple issues. Thunai’s product offering wasn’t clear, the messaging felt generic, and there was no overarching story guiding users through the platform. Trust signals were minimal, and users had to navigate through dense content just to understand what Thunai actually did.

This confusion directly impacted sign-ups, user perception, and confidence, especially among enterprise clients and those working in multiple global markets where compliance and trust are key.

We understood that Thunai didn’t just need a better-looking website, they needed something that could explain, position, and ultimately sell their product to their audience clearly and without confusion.

Our Approach

We approached the project as a business and communication problem, not a visual refresh. Before design, we focused on understanding Thunai’s business in their entirety, including their products, customers, and the outcomes they deliver to their customers. We wanted to prioritize

  • Clear messaging before visual execution
  • Information architecture and page flow before content writing
  • Storytelling rooted in real product capabilities, not marketing buzzwords

Our goal was to ensure that visitors coming to Thunai’s website were able to understand their offerings within seconds, instead of forcing them to click through slides and paragraphs of dense explanations.

Understanding the Product

Thunai’s platform consists of four AI agent types: Voice, Chat, Email, and Application-based agents. While the old website had mentions of these offerings, Previously, these offerings were blended together, they were blended together and made it difficult for users to differentiate between the users.

We worked closely with Thunai’s team to clearly define:

  • What each agent does
  • Which teams benefit from them
  • How to visually represent them on the website
  • How they integrate into existing workflows and platforms such as LinkedIn and X
  • The practical ROI and operational improvements they provide

Each agent was given its own clear space, supported by visuals, examples, and contextual explanations.

Information Architecture & Flow

When we looked at the old website, one of the biggest gaps that we could find was the lack of narrative. Pages existed, but they didn’t guide the user. When we redesigned the website, we

  • Rebuilt page hierarchy and navigation
  • Designed a logical flow from awareness to trust to conversion
  • Ensured users could grasp the value proposition almost immediately

The end result created a website design that felt intentional and easy to navigate.

Trust, Compliance & Credibility

Customers looking to integrate AI solutions, especially when they work with global clients, trust is a critical requirement. This meant that we couldn’t aford to treat credibility as an afterthought. Through our redesign, the website was able to communicate clearly

  • GDPR-compliant AI agents
  • Third-party validation such as G2 ratings
  • Readiness for real-world enterprise integration

During our design process, we paid extra attention to ensure these elements were naturally integrated into the website experience, reinforcing confidence in the visitor without disrupting the flow.

Product Videos & Proof of Value

To reduce friction and uncertainty, we introduced multiple product and agent walkthrough videos. These allowed visitors to see how the platform works through a visual medium, instead of a wall of text.

We bolstered the messaging with:

  • Performance statistics highlighting measurable improvements
  • Case studies showcasing how Thunai solved real customer problems

This combination helped differentiate Thunai in a crowded AI market where many competitors rely on vague promises.

Scalable Design System

While Thunai initially came to us for a website redesign, we found that this expanded into a larger effort. In total, we delivered over 30 pages for their revamped design, all of which was built on a unified and scalable design system. We ensured this system was

  • Mobile-first by design
  • Flexible to support future products
  • Consistent across marketing, product, and other teams to use.

Thunai’s internal teams adopted the system beyond the website, applying it to presentations and other materials to maintain brand cohesion.

The Outcome

The new website transformed how Thunai was able to showcase itself to the world. Visitors found themselves understanding the product quickly, trusting the credibility markers, and seeing real-world impacts of what Thunai has been able to deliver to other customers. The brand was confident, unique, and ready for the enterprise.

Now, what initially began as a design engagement evolved into a deeper partnership between Thunai and Payan.

They initially came for a logo and left with a brand story.

They came for a website and we were able to build them a complete website experience.

Today Payan and Thunai continue to collaborate as partners, supporting their ongoing design needs with cohesive and scalable designs.

Simple, ongoing design
support for fast-moving
