Entrans Website Redesign: Building an Enterprise-First Digital Narrative

Entrans partnered with Payan to redesign their website into a focused, enterprise-ready experience. We restructured the content, clarified their AI-led transformation narrative, strengthened visual hierarchy, and showcased measurable impact through case studies and partner credibility. The result: a confident, modern digital presence aligned with enterprise buyers and transformation-led growth.

The Challenge

When Entrans approached Payan for a website design, they were clear with their problem statement, the existing website wasn’t working.

The old site was noisy, verbose, and struggled to hold a visitor’s attention long enough to explain what Entrans actually did. While the company operated in a complex and high-value space, engineering, AI, and digital transformation, the website was misaligned with that reality. It came across as generic, long, and something suited for small businesses rather than enterprise customers.

But even more importantly, there was no story to the brand. The site listed services, but it didn’t guide users through Entrans’ vision, capabilities, or impact.

This lack of clarity affected perception, credibility, and this all impacted their conversion.

Understanding the Direction

Before diving headfirst into design, we analyzed Entrans’ existing website to understand what wasn’t working, and why it wasn’t working. While we were doing our research, the Entrans team also conducted their own internal due diligence and returned to us with a set of sections they felt essential for the new website.

This was of massive help to us, since it allowed us to get internal perceptions.

Entrans’ clarity around what they wanted, and even more importantly, what they hoped to avoid, helped us align quickly. Together, we refined these inputs into a structure that would resonate with enterprise customers; a website that would be focused, confident, and outcome-driven.

Entrans also shared an internal deck that articulated their positioning around driving digital transformation with Agentic AI. This deck became a major reference point that aligned both our team and theirs not just visually, but conceptually. Our approach to the website mirrored the approach we took while redesigning the deck, to simplify the design, sharpen the perception, and elevate consumer expectations.

The Design Approach

When we approached the design, our idea was to move Entrans away from explaining everything, and towards showing intent, impact, and finally, capability.

The visual direction was inspired by Entrans’ own narrative, to balance creation and imagination. They had also presented with futuristic motion trails representing AI intelligence in action, but grounded by calm and natural tones that show real-world impact. Finally, we focused on a visual flow that moved from structure to fluidity, to symbolize how Entrans transforms engineering logic into intelligent experiences.

This is what drove our thought process to create the hero section, crafted to visualize Entrans’ mission of powering digital transformation through Agentic AI. Instead of overwhelming users with walls of text, the hero section was able to set context, tone, and ambition within seconds.

After this, the site would unfold logically, and guide users through Entrans’ offerings and credibility.

Structuring for Enterprise Buyers

Communication was one of the major changes we made to the website. The new website introduces a clear end-to-end engineering and transformation services, broken down into focused sections for

  • AI
  • Digital Engineering
  • Managed Services
  • Data & Cloud

This modular approach makes Entrans’ capabilities easy to understand and explore, all without overwhelming the user.

To reinforce credibility, we brought case studies to the forefront. These weren’t merely window dressing, but proof points that highlighted outcomes that mattered. Tangible results, KPI improvements, and business impacts, all of which were delivered through Entrans’ work in AI-driven transformation.

We showcased Entrans’ software partners, client relationships, and the industries they operate in. This was done with the goal of humanizing a technical offering, grounding advanced technology in real-world applications and people.

Refinement and Hierarchy

When we approached the redesign, we knew it was from the ground-up, so we simplified the layout, sharpened the visual hierarchy, and introduced consistency across the site. Content was edited to ensure less repetition, clear messaging, and a strong emphasis on what enterprise customers actually care about.

One notable decision was moving the case study carousel away from the hero section. This allowed the hero content to command the attention it deserved, while ensuring the case studies had their own space to stand out and be explored properly by the visitors.

The final result was a site that felt intentional, not crowded.

Mobile Experience

We approached this redesign with a mobile-first approach. Rather than treating it like an afterthought, we ensured the same clarity, hierarchy, and credibility that we sought was put at the forefront of the mobile design. This translated seamlessly across devices. This way, the mobile experience preserves the story, simplifies interactions, and maintains consistency with the desktop experience, all of which were critical for enterprise users who often research across multiple touchpoints, using various devices as and when they need it.

The Outcome

When Entrns came to us, they had a very strong sense of what they wanted to accomplish with the redesign, but the representation of that intent was where we found we could add the maximum amount of value.

We translated their vision into a cohesive digital experience, helping Entrans to clarify their offering, elevate their credibility across the enterprise space, and communicate that they’re more than just a technology company, but that they’re in the business of transformation. Finally, we were able to present their work through outcomes, not noise. The final website reflects Entrans as they are, and how they want to be perceived, a company driving groundbreaking digital transformation through Agentic AI, now with the brand story and perception to back it up.
