When Entrans approached Payan for a website design, they were clear with their problem statement, the existing website wasn’t working.
The old site was noisy, verbose, and struggled to hold a visitor’s attention long enough to explain what Entrans actually did. While the company operated in a complex and high-value space, engineering, AI, and digital transformation, the website was misaligned with that reality. It came across as generic, long, and something suited for small businesses rather than enterprise customers.
But even more importantly, there was no story to the brand. The site listed services, but it didn’t guide users through Entrans’ vision, capabilities, or impact.
This lack of clarity affected perception, credibility, and this all impacted their conversion.
